Last week, on Jul 26th, we (Wim, Dad & I) dropped in on Sylvia in Merritt. She had invited us over to celebrate Wim's birthday, which was on Jul 25th.
She BBQ'd hamburgers for us and had made a cherry pie with cherries she had picked the week before down on the coast - yum!

ReplyDeleteDo you remember that last year I was looking for a round plate made of plaster with daffodils on it? I had given it to Mum to finish painting, years ago. I can see it hanging up in the left corner of this photo! I guess she gave it to Sylvia to finish. The mystery is solved!
Yes... sorry, I'd forgotten that Sylvia had taken it to finish. She took it after mom had passed away.
