Christmas Dinner ... on Boxing Day

On December 26, 2010, Sylvia and Gary came out from Merritt, and Antoon came with Merina from Vancouver to join us for some Christmas turkey.

I'd actually made the turkey on Christmas day, so we had the leftovers, and there was lots.  Besides the turkey, there was gravy, potatoes, yams, beets, and a mixed salad, as well as some cranberry sauce.  Yum!  And for dessert, there were dark chocolate cups filled with milk chocolate pudding and topped with a maraschino cherry.  At the bottom of this post are pictures of our dinner.

Man, it's hard to catch Merina with a straight face!  LOL

We used paper plates so we wouldn't have so many dishes to do later.

My, don't these look scrumptious!
